How do I register myself as a seller?

In order to register, please fill a simple registration form and upload the require documents. We will respond to you after reviewing your information at the earliest. (1-2 business days)
What is the process of registration?

The seller registration on seller.indianweddingstore.com is free of cost. All what you have to do is just to fill the online form. After you have completed all the registration formalities from your end it takes almost 1-2 business days in order to complete your entire registration process from seller support team. Step by Step Process to Register on IWS Create your account through seller.indianweddingstore.com, after that you will get a mail with a verification link. By clicking on this your email ID will get successfully registered with us. Now there is 5 step process to get register with IWS.

 

Step 1:- Fill Personal Details and Business Detail: In this section you need to verify your mobile number. And give the Business Detail which also include PAN, TIN, TAN numbers.

 

Step 2: Fill Address Detail: In this you have to fill your Pickup address Detail and Billing Address detail. This is not mandatory at this time, you can fill this information later on from the IWS Seller Portal>>My Profile. (But for selling on the portal this is require to fill this information)

 

Step 3: Bank Detail: Bank details includes your bank account detail this is also not mandatory at this time, you can fill this information later on from the IWS Seller Portal>> My Profile. (But for selling on the portal this is require to fill this information)

 

Step 4: Upload Documents: In this section you have to upload require Documents.

 

Step 5: Read the IWS Seller Agreement carefully, agree on this. After your agreement, you will go to your profile, from where you can fill the information which you left. Once you fill all the information. We will verify it, and after that you can start your selling with IWS.

 

Require Documents for registrations:- Personal ID Proof It can be any of the below documents-

• Passport

• PAN card

• Voter’s identity card

• Driver’s license PAN, TIN, TAN Proof (IF you are individual then please submit own PAN, TAN details , if you have a company then submit company’s PAN, TIN, TAN details)

• PAN Card

• TIN Card

• TAN Card Pick Up address Proof It can be any of the below documents-

• Passport

• Voter’s identity card

• Driver’s license

• Telephone/Mobile bill

• Electricity bill

• Ration card

 

Billing Address Proof (It can be same as Pick up Address) It can be any of the below documents-

• Passport

• Voter’s identity card

• Driver’s license

• Telephone/Mobile bill

• Electricity bill

• Ration card

 

Bank Detail Proof It can be any of the below documents-

• Cancelled Cheque

• Bank account/Credit Card statement

 

Short Process to Register on IWS:-

1) Go to IWS Seller Page.

2) Sign up with your few details (Business Name, Email ID, Mobile No, and Password)

3) Verify the email address through verify link which has been sent on your Email-ID.

4) Fill your personal details and business details.

5) Fill your Address and Bank details

6) Upload the require Registration documents.

7) Now read the IWS agreement and agree on this.

8) It will take less than 2 business days to verify your account by our seller support team.

9) After that start listing of your products.

10) Start selling.

I don’t have some of the mandatory documents right now, what should I do?

You can skip this step for now and can complete it later, by login using your registered email ID and Password on IndianWeddingStore.com seller portal. However, you can continue with other steps now
Don’t have current bank account, what should I do?
+
Enter and save rest of the information. Open current account against your company name and update later.
Which PAN number should I provide here?
+
Proprietary firms – Proprietor’s PAN number, others – Company PAN Number.
I have registered only as VAT dealer and I don’t have CST. Can I still register?
+
You can become seller even without CST number (Central Sales tax). If you provide only VAT number (Value Added Tax), your business shall be restricted to your state only. We advise you to provide CST as well to expand your business to millions of customers across India.
Why should I give my financial documents?

It is very important for us to get all necessary details for seller registration, as per Govt. Guidelines. Do not worry about the security of your documents; your documents are safe with us. We at IndianWeddingStore.com value our partner’s privacy. To ensure that your money gets credited in the right account and at the right time we do the payment transfer online via NEFT (for this we need your bank account details).
Can I change these details at later stage?

Yes, until you are not verified you can update it, but once you got verified you can’t update this information. But yes you can request for a new bank detail. Which will be analyze by our team, after that you will got a confirmation call from our side in upcoming 1-3 days on your registered mobile number for verifying it. Once verification process will complete, we will update it as your new bank detail, until we will keep your old bank detail for all transactions on IndianWeddingStore.com seller portal.
What do you need PAN?

Permanent Account Number (PAN) is a unique alphanumeric combination issued by the Income Tax department. PAN is a must as per tax regulations. Please provide your company's PAN OR individual PAN, in case you are the proprietor. PAN is mandatory to sell on IndianWeddingStore.com.
Why TIN Is Mandatory?

VAT/TIN document is required for selling products However, you can’t complete your seller registration process without the VAT/TIN.
Can I Update My PAN, TIN number later on?

Till you are not verified by us, you can change it, but once you got verified you can’t update these information.
When is the registration process complete?
+
Registration will complete once you got verified your email address and mobile number and provide all required information and the documents during the 5-step registration process.
Why do I need to verify my e-mail address?

The e-mail address you provide will be set as your login e-mail and primary contact e-mail. You can use login e-mail ID to log on to your IndianWeddingStore.com seller account. You will receive all communications from us on the primary contact e-mail address.
Can I update my Email ID later on?

No, you can’t change your Registered Email ID, but you can change your alternate Email ID.
Why do I have to verify my mobile number?

The mobile number you provide will be set as your primary contact number. You will receive all communications from IndianWeddingStore.com on the primary mobile number.
Can I change my mobile number later on?

The registered mobile number can’t be change, but you can update your alternate mobile number.
Can I update my address details?
+
Yes, till you are not verified by our team, you can update it easily, but once you got verified you can’t update this but yes you can request for a new address, which will be analyze by our team, after that you will got a confirmation call from our side in upcoming 1-3 days on your registered mobile number. Once verification process will complete, we will update it as your new address, until we will keep your old address as your current address for the past and current orders.
I don't have a website, can I still sell?

You don't need a website to start selling on IndianWeddingStore.com. All you would have to do is register yourself and list your products on IndianWeddingStore.
Who can sell?
+
To sell your products you should be able to meet following criteria: You should be authorized to sell in India, You can only sell new and genuine products through IndianWeddingStore.com, and you should be the original Manufacturer for the product which you are listing. There are few exceptions to the rule for which you may contact us.
